Implants
If you have damaged or missing teeth, dental implants could be the best option to replace permanent teeth and restore the appearance and health of your smile!

While there are a few options to replace missing teeth, dental implants offer the most lifelike substitute. Please consult with our general dentist if you would like to explore the option of a dental implant.

Dental implants have two parts, they consist of a titanium post and a crown. The titanium post or screw acts as the root of the tooth, reintegrating with the jawbone and preserving bone structure. The crown or implant-supported denture fits over top of the post and gives the function and appearance of a natural tooth.

There are many considerations when planning an implant, and these are assessed on a case-to-case basis. Some things to consider:
-
You must have strong support gums
-
There must be solid bone structure to accommodate the titanium post and the implant process
-
You must be in good general health, helping to recover smoothly
-
There are big financial commitments that come with an implant as this is a surgical procedure, please talk to our office manager for payment plans to help relieve any financial burden
